About the Job:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably with experience on rank

Experience with Passenger and Fast craft vessel is an advantage

Domestic Trade only

With complete trainings and CCM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervised safe loading and unloading of passengers.

Ensure stability and seaworthiness of the vessel at all times.

Responsible for administration and supervision of deck maintenance and regular inspection. Assist the Master during safe docking and undocking.

In-charge for safety familiarization of newly sign on crew.

In-charge for maintenance of all lifesaving appliances and fire-fighting equipment and its inventory.

In-charge for inventory and safekeeping of medicine onboard.

In-charge of upkeep and inventory of oil pollution prevention equipment.

Reporting of near misses, non-conformities, accidents and any incidents to the Master.

In-charge for preparation of the vessel before passenger loading, during docking and undocking. Bridge watches at sea.

Compliance with company policies and sections relevant to own areas of responsibilities as stated in SMS.

To actively participate in all drills, simulations and exercises conducted onboard and impart training as instructed by the master or chief engineer. Ensure all vital vessel-trading documents and records are onboard.
